Data Protection Officer
Trinno Oy education system register contains information on those people who have registered themselves and customers added by the administrator. In addition, Trinno Oy maintains a register of customers and potential customers (Finago Procountor).
PURPOSE OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
The information in the training system is used to identify the training attendant, as well as posting the physical card to the given address.
The information in the customer register is used to manage the customer relationship, inform the customer about our services and to resolve service system failures.
THE PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
The online training system includes the following information:
- address (home or business)
- phone number (optional)
- date of birth
- trainings with study rights
Information in the customer register:
- company name and address
- contact person’s name, phone number and e-mail address
- billing information
DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
The data subject has the following rights, requests concerning these rights must be made to email@example.com
Right of inspection
The data subject can check the personal data we have stored.
Right to rectification
The data subject may request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data concerning them.
Right of objection
The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if they feel that the personal data have been processed unlawfully.
Opting out of direct marketing
The data subject will have the right to ban the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Right of deletion
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data if processing the data is not needed. We will process the data deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or provide a valid reason why the data cannot be deleted.
It should be noted that the controller may have a legal duty or other right not to delete the requested information. The data controller is obliged to retain the accounting material for a certain time period (10 years) as specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Therefore, accounting material cannot be deleted during this period of time.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based only on consent, and not, for example, on the basis of customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw consent.
The data subject may appeal against a decision to the Data Protection Ombudsman
The data subject has the right to demand that we limit the processing of disputed data until the matter can be resolved.
Making a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Ombudsman if they feel that we have not respected the applicable data protection legislation when processing the personal data.

SOURCES OF INFORMATION
Customer Information is obtained systematically from:
- the customers themselves in the beginning of the customer relationship
- the customers themselves via an online form when registering to the online training system
- stakeholders legally collecting company websites for the purpose of marketing
REGULAR TRANSFER OF DATA
Information is not generally shared for marketing purposes outside Trinno Oy. We only disclose information to our partners, for example, for contact purposes with the customer’s permission or request.
DURATION OF PROCESSING
Personal data is generally processed for as long as the customer relationship is valid. The subscriber can unsubscribe from our marketing list via the link in each of our marketing e-mails we send or by a separate request.
PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed by the data controller and its employees.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
