ACCEPTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions (later Terms of Use) apply to the use of the Trinno Oy (Business ID 2785304-6) (later Seller) website and to ordering products through that website (later Online Store).

By registering and / or otherwise using the Online Store, by obtaining information through it or by ordering products through the Online Store, the customer (later the Customer) accepts these Terms of Use. Otherwise, the Customer cannot place orders through the Online Store or use its other services.

Those under the age of 18 require the consent of a guardian when using the Online Store. 

By accepting the Terms of Use, the Customer confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions related to the processing of personal data presented in the Privacy Policy. At the same time, the Customer acknowledges that he has read and accepted the matters specified in the Terms of Participation.

24% VAT is added to the prices of the products. We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Through training activities, the Seller strives to improve health and safety at work. The seller is not responsible for accidents at work, but we are responsible for correctness of the training material. The Customer is requested to contact the Seller if any errors or omissions are found in the training material.

 

ORDERING

Products are ordered on the Internet via the Online Store shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide an email address when registering. The customer agrees to the current Terms of Use for each order.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, which specifies, for example, product, quantity, price, subtotal, payment method and total amount, as well as Seller and Customer information. Through the user account on our website, the customer can check the content of their order.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

The products and their postage are paid in connection with the order. You can use the payment methods of the Paytrail payment service provider in the online store. Payment is made through Paytrail Oyj’s website. See the Payment Methods page for more information.

 

Online banks

The payment intermediation service related to online banking payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.

 

PAYMENT

The course is ready to undertake after payment. A qualification card issued for course completion will be mailed when the course has been completed in accordance with the course conditions. Payments are made to the account FI21 1781 3000 0151 79 Trinno Oy, in accordance with the information in the order confirmation. International orders IBAN: FI21 1781 3000 0151 79 BIC / SWIFT: NDEAFIHH.

 

DELIVERY TIME

A certificate of completion of the course will be issued when the course has been completed in accordance with the completion conditions. The certificate will be delivered electronically to the email address specified by the user in the order. For courses for which a qualification card is issued, the aim is to mail it within seven days. Deviating delivery times are announced on Trinno Oy’s website.

 

Delivery method and costs

The purchase price of the course includes postage and packaging costs, unless otherwise specified.

 

Terms of exchange and return

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to courses not started in Trinno Oy’s education system. When returning an item, include the following information: your name, address and telephone number, your bank account number and a copy of Trinno Oy’s order confirmation.

We do not allow returns more than 14 days after purchase. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.

 

Problem situations during transport and for defective products

If the product (e.g. Safety card) has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the return address. Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint must be made about the product to the post office immediately.

We reserve the right to change our Terms of Use. Before ordering, the customer must read the current Terms of Use.

Trinno Oy treats all customer information data completely responsibly. Trinno Oy undertakes not to disclose customer data to third parties.
